Trees Turning of the Seasons

and then it’s spring

and then it’s spring

Language/s: English

A young boy is red of seeing nothing but brown around him. He takes matters in his own hands, literally, and plants little seeds that bring along with it “a little green” here and there or “a hopeful, very possible sort of brown.” The young boy’s patience, the dog’s faithful gaze, the birds and the bears, and the seeds waiting for spring add to the hum amidst the seemingly-interminable waiting.
