In The Tree House
Author: Andrew Larsen
Illustrator: Dusan Petricic
With his brother and father, a little boy has his best summer ever when they build a treehouse in the backyard of their new house. He and his brother spend all their time together in the tree house playing and learning until his brother gets older and makes his own friends and doesn’t want to hang out with his younger sibling anymore. So the little boy spends his time in the tree house alone until a black-out one night brings his brother back up in the tree. This story reinforces family values and reminds the readers how important and enjoyable it is to spend time with family and siblings.
